Cruises board 30 minutes prior to cruise time. We run a tight ship and will depart at the scheduled time, so please arrive early and cruise happy.

If you'd rather join the jolly man in red for breakfast, try our PJs and Pancakes with Santa Cruises on these same days! Be comfy while you enjoy a breakfast buffet and Christmas crafts on a cruise from 9:30 - 11:30am. Click here to learn more.

Santa’s trading his sleigh for the Tom Sawyer riverboat this holiday season, and he’s bringing all the festive fun with him! Gather the family for a jolly afternoon cruise, where Santa himself will lead everyone in singing your favorite holiday tunes! Santa will be ready to pose with the kiddos and families, as we'll have professional photographers on board with photo packages available for purchase. Sip on some complimentary hot chocolate or coffee as you explore the multiple decks of the boat, and enjoy a special holiday treat at your table to share. It’s the merriest way to cruise through the season!

Rescheduling and Refund Policy: Refund and rescheduling options vary by type of ticket purchased. Please see below for specific details. Contact our Call Center at (877)982-1410 for assistance.

Tram Ride, Documentary Movie, Virtual Reality, and St. Louis Riverfront Cruise: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Call Center with more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled activity. With less than 24 hours notice, only a ticket voucher for a future date will be issued. If your scheduled event has already passed, refunds or vouchers will not be granted. If you complete your ticketed experience, you are no longer eligible for refunds or exchanges. Dinner, Brunch, and Specialty Riverboat Cruises: These cruises are considered non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must contact our Call Center more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled cruise. You may reschedule for a future available date or to be issued a voucher that is valid for one year from the date of the issuance. If your scheduled event has already passed, rescheduled reservations or vouchers will not be granted.
Riverboat Cruises Weather Policy: Cruises operate rain or shine. In the event a cruise must be canceled due to unsafe river conditions, severe weather, or other circumstances affecting operational safety, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds are not issued; however, guests may reschedule for a future cruise date or receive a full-value voucher valid for one year from the date of issuance.
