Tickets are now available with limited capacity. Currently booking now through May 31, 2021. Infants, ages 0-2, must have a free ticket.To help facilitate social distancing, guests will be limited to under 10 minutes at the top of the Arch. Please follow tour guide announcements.
Alert: Face coverings are required in federal buildings for ages 2 and older. Bi-State Development, which operates the tram, requires face coverings for all Gateway Arch tram riders, ages 2 and up, with no exceptions. For your safety, all Gateway Arch visitors must pass through an airport-style security checkpoint. Please allow up to 30 minutes to go through security on a busy day.
COVID-19 Rescheduling and Refund Policy: Please ensure that everyone in your party is feeling well at the time of your visit. Now more than ever, we understand that plans can change and we are committed to helping you reschedule your ticket reservations when needed. Contact our Call Center at (877) 982-1410 to reschedule for a future date if someone is ill. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us with more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled activity. With less than 24 hours notice, only a ticket voucher for a future date will be issued. If your scheduled event has already passed, refunds or vouchers will not be granted. If you complete your ticketed experience, you are no longer eligible for refunds or exchanges.
