SPECIAL CRUISE OPPORTUNITIES NPS Ranger-Led Cruise A National Park Service Ranger leads the narriation aboard our 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Riverfront Cruises and will be available to meet visitors on the following dates (Dates and times subject to change): March 7 - May 24: Every Saturday & Sunday on 1:30 pm cruise May 25 - September 2: Everyday on 1:30 pm and 3 pm cruises September 3 - November 3: Every Saturday & Sunday on 1:30pm cruise Ag Coast of America Cruise Learn more about how the St. Louis region lies at the heart of America’s Marine Highway System, as the narration for this 1-hour cruise focuses on the transportation of freight up and down the Mississippi River. These cruises take place on the first Wednesday of every month. MO History Riverfront Takeover Cruise Amanda Clark, Manager of Community Tours and the See STL tour program with the Missouri History Museum, will lead an engaging, conversational tour aboard select Riverfront Cruises one day a month. Rescheduling and Refund Policy: Refund and rescheduling options vary by type of ticket purchased. Please see below for specific details. Contact our Call Center at (877)982-1410 for assistance.
Tram Ride, Documentary Movie, Virtual Reality, and St. Louis Riverfront Cruise: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Call Center with more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled activity. With less than 24 hours notice, only a ticket voucher for a future date will be issued. If your scheduled event has already passed, refunds or vouchers will not be granted. If you complete your ticketed experience, you are no longer eligible for refunds or exchanges. Dinner, Brunch, and Specialty Riverboat Cruises: These cruises are considered non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must contact our Call Center more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled cruise. You may reschedule for a future available date or to be issued a voucher that is valid for one year from the date of the issuance. If your scheduled event has already passed, rescheduled reservations or vouchers will not be granted.
